Charles A. Kaplan, MD

Dr. Charles A. Kaplan is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician with over 30 years of experience helping patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries and improve functional performance. He specializes in orthopedic sports medicine, rehabilitation, and interdisciplinary care, with a focus on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and supporting long-term recovery.

Dr. Kaplan earned his medical degree magna cum laude from SUNY Downstate Medical Center and completed his residency training at NYU Medical Center’s Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation. He has pursued advanced training in manual medicine, biomechanics, acupuncture, and therapeutic massage, allowing him to offer a comprehensive, hands-on approach to patient care.
